As a trained architect who was initiated to art since her childhood, Caline Augé has discovered sculpting as a field that has broadened her artistic approach and renewed her creative energy. Clay, wire and plaster are her preferred materials to express herself, quite often on the theme of the human being: his or her motion (balance and imbalance) and emotions, doubts and wanderings. That is her favourite subject, through which she wishes to reach out and meet other sensitivities.
